Good Parental Care

Frank A. posted 8 months, 1 week ago
Good parental care is about being there your child not just physically but emotionally and spiritually. It means showing love in the small way like hugging them when they unwell or sad, listening when they have something to tell something or celebrating their successes or achievement no matter how small
You must make sure they are well fed, clothes and healthy but beyond that it's giving them a home where they feel safe and valued. Good parents don't just provide things they provide attention, time and understanding

Good parental care has to do with parent ensuring that they love, care and protect their children .
It also means that Parent has to have a quality time with their children , that becomes an enabling environment for the children to share what they are going through with their parent .
Good Parental care also means communication has to flow , parent should have listen ear to hear from their children and should be ever ready to be approach by their children.

Good Parental Care
Good parental care involves providing a nurturing environment that supports a child's physical, emotional, and psychological development. Here are some key aspects:

1. *Love and affection*: Showing unconditional love, support, and acceptance.
2. *Basic needs*: Providing food, shelter, clothing, and healthcare.
3. *Safety and security*: Ensuring a safe environment, setting boundaries, and protecting from harm.
4. *Guidance and discipline*: Setting rules, teaching right from wrong, and encouraging responsible behavior.
5. *Education and stimulation*: Supporting learning, encouraging curiosity, and fostering intellectual growth.
6. *Emotional support*: Validating feelings, teaching emotional regulation, and promoting mental well-being.
7. *Role modeling*: Demonstrating positive values, behaviors, and relationships.
8. *Quality time*: Spending quality time together, engaging in activities, and building strong relationships.
9. *Communication*: Listening actively, communicating effectively, and being approachable.
10. *Consistency and reliability*: Establishing routines, following through on promises, and being dependable.

These aspects help children develop into confident, capable, and compassionate individuals.

Education starts at home. Helping children with their homework, encouraging their dreams, and sparking curiosity are all part of nurturing their minds. And most importantly, good parental care is leading by example living a life of honesty, kindness, respect and faith. Children watch more than they listen, they learn from what we do more than what we say.
