True Love Waits (TLW) is a faith-based, age-graded intervention designed to help children, adolescents, and young adults understand the value of sexual purity, self-worth, and responsible decision-making. Adapted by Compassion International, the program promotes biblically grounded values and life skills that equip participants to make healthy, informed, and faith-aligned choices about relationships, sexuality, and moral conduct. TLW directly contributes to the Level 2 (L2) of the Global Outcome Framework: “Youth are physically healthy,” while strengthening their emotional, spiritual, and social well-being.
