This module is part of the Equipping for Partnership series, an ongoing library of learning modules intended to equip and empower frontline Compassion staff to serve the local church. There are two parts to these materials: The Local Resource Mobilization (LRM) learning activities and the LRM modules for facilitators and churches. The learning activities will help you to understand the LRM materials that are available and plan for how to effectively use them. The LRM modules will help the church understand why mobilizing resources is important, what is meant by “local resources” and how they can begin to identify and mobilize those resources. There is no global deadline for completing any of these activities, and you can access them as often as needed. Talk with your supervisor to plan a pace of development that works best for you.
