The Foster Care Curriculum Memory Book template is designed to help children tell their unique story and document important memories through a guided exercise. This template allows for children to tell their personal story with words, drawings, and photographs and also included pertinent information such as health information. It should be used in conjunction wit the Foster Care Curriculum Training and Foster Care Module for Caregivers.
