New Pastors and CPCs Orientation is a customised learning program for new Pastors and CPCs who join our Frontline Church Partners by transfer from other churches (in the case of Pastors) and from the church community due to elections or nominations (in the case of CPCs).
Initial and early capacity building in the area of knowledge, skills and attitudes in Compassion programming is key to effective performance at the FCPs. This course provides a learning opportunity for them to understand and contribute to the holistic development of participants towards outcome attainment. The focus in on their environment, responsibilities, and culture.
