As a teacher first duty is not to punish, it's to protect, shame her in front of the class
Expel her or tell her to stop school
Force her to mention the man
Tell other teachers or students to gossip,
Will talk to her privately, calmly with respect
Say thank you for trusting me, you have the right to be safe and to continue your education
Reassure her she will not punished for being pregnant

Their should be adequate sensitization of the teenagers especially about how to protect them and it should be done by every one at the FCP, including staff, cpc and elders around.

At the FCP we have plans to support all adolescents with simple social amenities so that it will not lead them to peer pressure.
