One major cause of low attendance among caregivers in remote or rural FCPs is when meetings are scheduled during rainy seasons. During these periods, caregivers who mostly are farmers are always in the farm either sowing, spraying or harvesting their produce, therefore when meetings are scheduled within these periods, the turn out will be low.
