The lesson “Compare - Contrast” works with children on their ability to compare and contrast different objects and develop their higher thinking skills through repetition and practice. The children will work together to study at least 10 different objects gathered from outside, identifying ways the items are similar and different. The lesson includes guided instructions for the teacher, including preparation, a script, and suggested activities to facilitate further learning in a fun and interactive manner. This lesson is designed for children between 6-8 years, and is the 43rd lesson in the 1st Year “Critical Thinking Sessions” unit.
