This intervention focuses on engaging young individuals in a parliament setting to exercise leadership and decision-making. Using the Life Skills and Leadership Manual, youth are equipped with essential skills for personal development and effective leadership through modules that cover communication, teamwork, critical thinking, setting priorities and managing time.
